Information we collect and how we use it:

When you sign up for the DialPlus Service, we ask you to complete a registration form and to provide your e-mail, password, first and last name, mobile telephone number, operating system of your mobile device, your birthday, and your mobile carrier. You may also choose to provide the name of the manufacturer of your mobile device, zip code, and gender as part of the registration process.

In addition, we may collect your personally identifiable information in the following manners:

• We will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes - When you make or receive a call - When you make or receive a call on your mobile device, the DialPlus Service will search the address book of your mobile device to look for an entry that matches the telephone number of the individual whom you are calling or who is calling you. If there is a match, then the information contained in your address book related to such telephone number, such as first and/or last name and any other personal information that may be stored in your address book for such telephone number, will be collected by DialPlus, stored on its servers and served up as a page on the display screen of your mobile device. We will not share your contact information with another user of the Site or services offered on the Site.
• Third Party Website Information - We may combine the personal information you submit during the registration process or that is accessed through a DialPlus Service user's address book with information from other third party websites in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of the DialPlus Service and SmartResults (as defined below).
• Cookies - When you launch the DialPlus Service on your mobile device, we send one or more cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to your mobile device that uniquely identifies your mobile browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service by storing user preferences and tracking user trends, in order to provide more customized results about the person whom you are calling or who is calling you ("SmartResults"). Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, the DialPlus Service may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
• Log information - When you use the DialPlus Service, our servers may automatically record information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

Aggregate Information

The Site and the DialPlus Service may also track information that will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and which will not contain your personally identifiable information, for example, without limitation, the number of users who dialed a specific phone number, the number of users who searched for a specific web site, the number of users who searched for a particular term and how many users clicked on a particular advertisement. Such information does not identify you individually. We may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, and we may use such aggregate information to administer the Site, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
